These are the compiled records for each trapping session. They give the animals captured each trapping session. Each animal appears only once; all repeated captures within a session have been removed. Represent only the animals actually captured that session.
Column A: Animal number
Column B: Sex
Column C: Reproductive condition (-1, no data; 0, not recorded; 1, non- reproductive (see Methods file); 2, reproductive; 3 (females only), pregnant)
Column D: Body mass
Column E: New (0)/recapture (1); not overly reliable; use with judgement
Column F: Trapping session
Note: These data should be uses only as an indicator of population densities (fluctuations), if you want a preliminary idea of what the populations are doing before doing whatever analytical model you are going to use. These were determined from a program written especially for the study and may have eliminated some animals for which data other than being captured a given date were not recorded in the field (animal got away after toe-clipping and before any other information recorded. Another model, may pick up some of these animals.
