20-Leaves of different species of Cercis

| Dr. Robertson wrote an article about redbuds that was published in Arnoldia, a publication of The Arnold Arboretum. On the cover of the issue was this collection of leaf shapes of different species of Cercis. Each leaf shape was made by laying a thin sheet of paper over a leaf on a herbarium specimen and then rubbing gently with a black crayon. |
