The Cannabinaceae is a family closely related to the Moraceae; the plants are mostly herbaceous. This example is Cannabis sativa, marijuana, hemp.
Taken by K. R. Robertson in Mason County, Illinois, where this species was once wide cultivated for hemp fiber that was used to make ropes.
