| In warmer climates, some members of the Solanaceae are woody trees, shrubs, or lianas. Native to tropical America but widely cultivated in many warm areas is Angel's Trumpet, several species of Brugmansia (or sometimes included in Datura). The flowers mostly open at night and are extremely fragrant. What might pollinate these flowers in the wild? |
