Fruits

In a multiple fruit, the whole fruiting structure comes from more than one flower. Each flower produces a single fruit, and these fruits then are clustered together to form the multiple fruit.

In this pineapple, each diamond- shaped area on a mature pineapple is a fruit produced from a single flower.
